Orders will be available at both the Hayle and St Ives shops during shop opening hours. If your order is delayed for any reason, you'll receive a notification by text or email.
We will hold your order for 14 days. Your order will be available for collection for 14 days, after this we will return it to our shops and refund you. If you're unable to collect it within that time, please contact our Hayle shop.
You will need to bring your email confirmation and may need a valid form of I.D. (passport, driving licence or credit card) to collect your order.

* Deliveries are sent via International Recorded post. There may be local import duties to be paid on receipt of your goods that White Stuff is not liable for. Delivery to EU countries will take 5 to 8 working days. Delivery to any other country will take 7 to 9 working days.
Gift card delivery - £2 for UK deliveries, £6.95 for overseas
These charges apply when you order a gift card on its own. If you order it alongside other items then the appropriate delivery charges apply. Please note that gift cards are dispatched separately if ordered alongside other items. (All gift cards are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery).
Undelivered Orders
In very rare cases, if an order is not delivered or is missing, please let us know ASAP so we can chase the order with Royal Mail. If you order has gone missing in the Royal Mail system, we will refund you for the entirety of your order after 10 working days, in line with Royal Mail's 'Missing Parcels' guidelines. In some cases (out of our control) orders can get held up on route and so we cannot refund prior to the 10 working days incase your order arrives with you later than expected.
