WHEN YOUR ORDER ARRIVES
Deliveries will be made by courier and will always require a signature or be tracked, just so we know your order has safely reached its destination.
If you are unavailable when the courier tries to deliver your order, they will usually try to deliver the next working day again or leave a card to offer you a collection from a local collection point. If you refuse delivery of goods or are unavailable to accept delivery on both delivery attempts, you will be required to cover any additional costs incurred.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Standard Delivery orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.
- Express orders placed after 3 pm Friday or on Saturday & Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.
- In the event we are unable to supply your goods within 7 days, we will advise of alternative options as soon as possible.
- Please note that whilst stock levels are live with our boutique, all items are subject to availability.
- We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company's appointed courier.
