We have a 30-day return policy for online orders, meaning you have 30 days from receipt to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

We are a small team, and we only respond to refund enquiries within the opening hours of 10 am-5 pm. Any enquiries made outside of these hours will be replied to promptly when we open the next working day.

If your return is accepted, you will need to pay for the cost of sending the item back to us.

All refunds will not include your original postage paid.
